These terms explain the basic rules for using the Open Circle website and attending an Open Circle event. “Open Circle”, “we”, and “us” refer to the event organiser. Ticket availability, event details, and any updates will be shown on this website.
Tickets and entry
- Ticket prices, available sessions, and remaining capacity are shown during booking. A booking is confirmed only after payment is successfully verified and a digital ticket is issued.
- Each ticket has its own QR code and is valid for one entry scan. Keep the ticket private and present it at the entrance. A ticket already checked in cannot be used again.
- Please use accurate contact details so booking and ticket information can reach you. If a ticket email does not arrive, contact the event team with your booking reference.
Event updates and conduct
We may update event information when necessary and will publish material changes on this website or contact ticket holders using their booking details. Please follow venue instructions and behave respectfully toward performers, staff, and other guests. The event team may take reasonable steps to protect guest safety and the event.
Payments, cancellations, and refunds
Payments are processed by the payment provider shown at checkout. Refunds and event cancellation arrangements are described on the Refund Rules page. Please read that page before completing a booking.
Website use
Do not misuse the website, attempt to interfere with ticketing or entry systems, or copy another person’s ticket or booking information. Website content and event artwork may not be reused commercially without permission.
